Julian is the founder of The Digital Learning Guy!
As a Learning Engineer with over two decades of experience in digital learning technologies. Julian specialises in designing and implementing innovative solutions that drive learning excellence and transformation.
Throughout his career, he has held senior and management roles at organisations like Independent Schools Queensland, Tritium Charging, Queensland Rail, and Boeing Defence Australia, where he developed cutting-edge digital learning solutions.
Julian is the author of two eBooks addressing technology challenges in adult learning and is recognised as an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Training and Development (AFAITD). Recently, he was honoured as a Fellow by the Institute for Learning and Performance (FILP) in 2024. Julian is actively engaged in the global xAPI and Digital Learning Community and is also the founder of Remote Reviewer.
In his leisure time, he enjoys long-distance motorcycle riding and is an accredited Motorcycle Instructor. Julian is also a proud Royal Australian Navy Veteran.
